Explore Menu

Does the Explore menu do anything? I clicked on it in Firefox and get the attached image.

I apologize for the late reply. It looks like this message didn’t alert me for review.

In some cases, a user’s browser may lose the record of the platform’s language settings, which can lead to an error.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the language menu in the top right corner.

2. Click on the language selector and choose any language other than English.

3. Once the page reloads in the selected language, repeat the process, but this time select “English” as your language.

This should reset your language settings and help you avoid the error.
