Olá Rodrigo! I’m not very adept on e.butterfly! I do have a transect I observe in Vermont in the summer, and manage to record my photos on there. We do spend several months each year on Terceira, Azores. I see plenty of cabbage and sulfur butterflies there, who don’t stay still for photos, but rarely any other species.

I totally hear you—getting butterflies to sit still can be a real challenge! That said, don’t worry: you can absolutely submit observations to eButterfly without a photo. We’d love to see more data from the Azores!
