When trying to submit on the 1st of May 2024 on my home computer, I got to the final submission and it stalled out there. Tried again on the morning of the 2nd and it continued to stall out, possibly timing out.
Problem has now been resolved. I think.
I’m having the same problem today (5/23/25). I can make my list and download my photos, but when I try to submit my list it seems to be stuck (litle wheel spins).
I’m not actually sure what fixed my issue. I deleted all my cookies and browsing data. But it’s possible it was something else. It ended up working later in the day or the next day. I cannot remember.
Similar problem submitting. All goes well until i press Finish, then i get message under each species that i have to a select a species (which of course i have aleady done). Frustrating.
I’m having this problem as well. I begin typing a species name, then choose the name from the dropdown list. My checklist from today Is complete, but I am unable to submit as I receive an error stating that I need to choose species names from the list (though all species are reported).
When I ask the AI to identify a photo there seems to be no problem. The difficulty arises when I try to identify the species from the list (without a photo.) It is then that I get the message about selecting from the list and enter a doom loop. Result is I cant submit a check list.
If anyone finds a resolution please post it so other users will be able to see it. My only resolution was deleting cookies and browsing data then waiting.
